We worked on the Massey University student accommodation buildings. This project involved the design of 6 accommodation buildings with a project budget of approximately $15 million.

We won the opportunity to provide services for the student accommodation project on the back of our successful delivery of structural engineering services for both stages of the Student Amenities building.

 

The student amenities’ building is a two storey building that incorporates dining and shopping areas on the ground floor and student health and administration facilities on the upper floor.

The building has a mixed steel and concrete system for the structure, with a project budget of approximately $12 million.
